Shipping & Returns

Shipping

• US only — We currently ship within the United States. International customers, please contact us for custom orders.
• Flat rate: $4.99 — Standard shipping on all orders.
• Free shipping on orders of $89.99 or more (2-set and 3-set bundles).
• Processing time: Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Custom color orders may take 5–7 business days as they're made to order.
• Carrier: USPS First Class or Priority Mail depending on order size. Tracking is provided for all shipments.

Returns

• Not happy? Contact us within 30 days of delivery for a return or exchange.
• Items must be unused and in original condition with packaging.
• Custom color orders are final sale — since they're made specifically for you, we can't accept returns on custom orders.
• Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us at support@ironclan.io with a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
